This
orchard is 3km** off the main road but the laterite road leading to this
place is quite good, passable even during rainy season. This is the front
gate. Opposite about 100m is a natural pond with clean water. The
pond is not adjoining this land. **(With new Karak - Kuantan highway, its
only 1 km+ away).

The
shape of the land is an elongated rectangle and flat. About 80% are old
kampong durian and the rest is graded durian about 5 years old. Reasonable
well taken care of.
