The subject property is located about 5 km
south of Bidor town and about 0.6 km off the Bidor - Sungkai trunk road. It
is a second layered lot and one has to cross a bridge (over a 10-feet wide
but shallow river) to get there. However, even without the bridge, one can
still cross the river by lorry.
The land comprises 15 acres of 10-years old
rubber trees and 65 acres of oil palm trees. Out of these 65 acres, 50 acres
are planted with 6-years palm and 15 acres with 15-years palm. The land is
totally flat.
