The subject property is located behind a big
oil palm estate. It is about 1.5 km off the Raub - Benta trunk and about 13
km north-east of Raub. The access road through the estate is well maintained
except for a few stretches which may be muddy during wet seasons. There is a
small stream which is still running with water when we visited the land in
February 2005, which is traditionally a dry period. The land starts before
the valley and end over the top of the hill.

This
photo is taken at the top of the land and here it shows that there is quite
a sizeable flat area at the top. It covers the entire top portion of this
small hill. Most of the durians here are of D24 (90%) and the balance is
equally made up of D2 and Raja Kunyit, the popular and highly priced durian
that goes by the Chinese name of "Mau San Wong".
