almost impossible. Take note of the size of the cars in comparison to the

slope of the subject property (approximate location) and is taken only from
1/3 the height of the land. One can imagine the breathtaking view if taken
from the top of the land. However, one has to deal with the issue of access
as the land is around 200 feet above
the road and as the road is winding
(as in photo), getting approval from the highway authority to built an
access (assuming that cost is not an
issue) may be almost impossible.
Having said that, this is where opportunity lies and if one has the courage
and most importantly dreams, this is the place to built the
"top of the mountain weekend retreat".
