subject property is located 1 km (from Bentong) before Bilut town along the
new Bentong - Raub highway. It is the second lot off the above highway and
the access road passes through an oil palm holding. The land consists of a

carved out a well-made laterite road to the top of the hill. Most of the
fruit trees are graded durian of about 4 years old. This view is taken from
