This is the laterite road leading to the the subject property. However one
has to cross the river to reach the land, which is just after the river. The
distance of this laterite road is about 80 metres. Bukit Tinggi New Village
is about 500 metres away. At the back
of this subject property is the Bukit Tinggi forest reserve. |
On reaching the river (at the
end of the laterite road), one can see that the land is higher than the
river and is flat. The owner claim that there is another access at the back;
from the old Bukit Tinggi New Village - Janda Baik road. This land seems to
the the last lot between the forest reserve and Bukit Tinggi new village.
