This
view is taken at the entrance to the subject property. The front portion
(about 80%) is flat. More than half of the flat land is planted with very
old durian trees as can be seen here. There are a few mangosteen trees. There is a river with crystal-clear water just beside
the entrance ( see photo next page ). The land at the back of the wooden hut
is a small hill. This land is an elongated rectangle.

closer look at the small hill at the back of the land. The durian trees here
are not as old as the trees at the front portion of the land. All the
tress are very mature and bearing fruits. Just before the
hut is a stream
( see photo next page ) running from the left to the right of the photo. The land
just before the hut has been clear by the owner to plant vegetable.
