The subject property is a homestead within Berjaya's Bukit Tinggi Resort
scheme, There are currently a handful of bungalow houses in the vicinity.
The subject property is a 2 acres (1+1 acres adjoining) homestead at the
edge of a hill. It is situated at about 1,200 feet above sea level.
Standing on the land, one can have a panoramic view of the surrounding hills
and also the Karak Highway. The land has been terraced. This is one of the
few lots worth buying (if the price is right).
This
is almost at the entrance to the land. The road is reasonably maintained
except at the entrance to the land which needs some upgrading work to
prevent soil erosion. As can be seen here, there are still many big tress on
the left side of the photo providing good shades to the land.
This
is the neighbour's house just before reaching the subject property. The
owner claim there is piped stream water connected to land. We saw part of
the hose carrying the stream water.
