The land is on quite a slope and the visible part is a neglected orchard
with durian and jambu air trees. At the back the land is totally planted
with young rubber trees.
This photo is
taken from the middle of the land. This shot is aimed towards the top of the
hill where most of the durian trees are.
This is the
portion which is planted with rubber trees and is overgrown with weeds. Part
of this portion is on a steep slope with a stream at the ravine. Taking into
consideration the distance and steep terrain of the land, RM9,500 per acre
is still not attractive.
