The
subject property is lower than the road by about 10-15 feet. The fruit trees
seen here, in front of the rubber trees are those planted at the river
reserve. However the owner claim that
the fruit trees does not belong to him! (rather unusual or strange)
On
getting down to the land one can estimated the height of the hill based on
the height of the hut (in yellow circle). The blue broken line indicates the
location of the river.
The
water from the river is not very clear but is not muddy. There is a narrow
wooden bridge across the river for human only and not for vehicle.
View
from the river towards the road. It shows the height of the road above the
land. As mentioned, the river reserve is planted with fruit trees.
However the owner claim that the fruit trees
does not belong to him!
