The subject property is located some 900
metres behind this school. This school is about 13 km from Tapah town
towards Kampar. The state land on which the school is on is about 29 acres.
The
current access is through state land and judging from the sandy soil, this
must be ex-mining land. The subject property is however on previous rubber
small holding land.
This
is the entrance to the subject property. The land has been overgrown with
bushes.
On
entering the land there is a pond on the right side of the property. This
pond is on the state land. The subject property is on a small hill with an
underground spring water flowing into this pond.
