The
subject property is located behind the Raub ( Cheruh ) Golf Golf which is
about 8 km north of Raub town. It is about 1 km from the main road. The two
arrows shown here are the approximate boundaries of the land. There is a
small stream running across the land.
Shown here is a 4-year old palm tree taken on
the flat portion of the land.
The trees on the flat land seem healthy but
those on the hills are not so. The owner can fetch about 50 tons per
harvest.
