The subject property is planted with 3-year
old oil palm trees. The entrance is at the far right. It is flat at the
entrance and then a hill in the middle of the land. After the hill is a
forest reserve. The yellow arrows shows the flat portion as well as the
front part of the hill. The views from the top of the hill is quite
panoramic.
This is a close-up shot from the hill top towards the entrance (flat
portion). The road leading to the land is legal access and there is a

600 metres from the main trunk road.
