From the main road, one has to cross this wooden bridge to reach the subject property. The bridge is supported by a few big logs and is strong enough for cars as evident from the red car parked at the end of the bridge. The owner claimed that the government is going to replace this with a cement bridge.
 
Once across the bridge, turn left and this is the access road leading to the land, with is the 3rd lot from here. The access is along the river reserve and the land is also fronting this river. The surrounding land here are mostly durian orchard.

The orchard is very well taken care of and the trees are healthy. Even though the land is flat, it has some nice contour as can be seen here. There are about 150 tree on the land, mostly D24 durian and some mangosteen, pulasan, dokong, longan etc. If one is looking for mature orchard with shady surrounding, this is the right one.
 

Here is another view of the orchard. On the left of the orchard is another mature durian orchard. On the right is another 5.6 acres orchard with young 4-years old durian trees and the asking price is only RM75,000 per acre. However, the current orchard has the advantage of being mature and well taken care of and gives instant gratification to those who cannot wait to enjoy life.
