The
entrance to the land just off the Tanjung Malim -Kalumpang trunk road. This
part of the road is sandy and there are lorries using this road. There is a
river along the way and the bridge is strong enough even for lorries. The
subject property is only about 800 metres from the main road.
On
reaching the land just before the subject property. The subject property has
not been maintained and is overgrown with bushes. Here the access road is
visible but since it is not being used, it is overgrown with weeds. We
consider this the front part of the first lot.
Continuing from the above spot, there is a tar road leading towards the back
of the 2nd lot.
On
reaching the back of the 2nd lot, there is a wooden 2-storey hut
(which is on the immediate neighbour's lot). The subject property at the
back of this hut but the undergrowth is too dense for us to enter. The
current owner claimed that the adjoining 3 lots has been converted to
