Entrance from Karak town. The 1st 500
metres of the road is tarred and there is electricity around here too.
Thereafter of the balance 2.5 km, the first 1.5 km can only be
access by 4-wheel-drive vehicle. The last 1 km can be access by
motorbike only. The access road is
not legal access but has been around
for some time and is currently used by the neighbouring lots.

neighbour's land that is after the subject property is forest reserve. The
subject property ( cleared land ) is not hilly but on a very gentle hill.

streams, one at the back (left) and one in front (right) of the land.

The stream at the front of the land. The
width of the stream is about 10-13 feet and the water is crystal clear as
it is bordering the forest reserve. The land is suitable for small-time
aquaculture or for pure recreation.
