This is the view on approaching the subject property, which is just 2 lots behind
the lot indicated by the yellow arrow. On the left is the golf course and on
the right is a school. The subject property is about 350 metres from the
school. The orang asli settlement start exactly after the school. The
cleared area is a bungalow scheme launch just recently.
This is the end of the tar road at this small
orang asli settlement. Electricity and water is available here. Its another
200 metres to the subject property.

of the subject property. The land is planted with old rubber trees. We did
not investigate the boundary but according to the one of the orang asli here
there is a small stream at the edge of the land.
