This is the stream which passes in front of the hut then goes to the
neigbour's lot and then turn back inside the front portion of the subject
property. This stream finally joins the river (photo on the right) at the
front of the land.
This
is the river which passes in front of the land (not inside). The water is
crystal-clear during dry season. The bridge across this river need some
reinforcement before cars can cross.
Moderately panoramic view from the small hill toward the front of the land.
The yellow path in the photo is also being used by the neighbour (left of
this photo) to access his land. The neighbour is an active vegetable grower.
This
is the best part of the road leading to the land. The laterite road near
Selesa Hillhomes are
badly maintained and are passable only by
4-wheel-drive. The distance from Selesa Hillhomes to the land is about 1 km.
