Lemon trees found
on the land. There are some mature mangosteen tree on the land too. Due to
the undergrowth, the land does not look attractive. However, because of the
small acreage and the presence of stream, the land is quite suitable for 1st
timer trying out farming or weekend retreat.

years old. The wild banana trees are clearly visible. As the price is
