Entrance from Jalan Sertik to the laterite road (on the right). This junction is about 5km from the Karak Highway. This trunk road is frequently used by travelers going to Kelantan.
 

Laterite road passable by normal car. However, during rainy season it can be slightly muddy.  

On the right of the photo is the subject property which is full of weeds. On the left of the photo is the neighbour’s plantation whose land is well kept. However, it probably takes a few hundred dollars to clear the weeds and make the plantation attractive.

This is the river at the back of the land. The river is about 6 feet wide. This is the portion, about 1 acre or so which is subject to flooding during very heavy downpour. From observation, the flooding is not frequent as the rubber trees are all growing very well.
