On
reaching the subject property. The road is wide and well maintained but a
4-wheel-drive is needed because part of the road (short stretches) is a bit
steep. This is a common road and the land is on both sides of the road.
This
is the front lot and the contour is generally flat. This lot is well
maintained and the trees are still being tapped. There are some durian trees
on this lot.
This
is one of the stream passing through the land. This stream has some boulders
and is about 5-7 feet wide.
