This photo is taken on the
opposite hill before reaching the land. The subject property is indicated by
the yellow box. Just before the subject property is a big hydroponics
tomatoes farm (seen here with the white roof). We have not been able to
reach the subject property as the owner's representative is unable to locate
the alternative road which does not
passes through the tomatoes farm. On the title there is no access road to
the subject property. The subject property is about 6 km from Sg. Chalit new
village and one need to use 4-wheel-drive vehicle to navigate this road.

The cool climate here
resembles Cameron Highland to some extend. The farmers here told us that
during the end and beginning of the year this whole area is sometimes
covered with thick mist even during afternoon. |
On the way down, one has a
panoramic view of the surrounding. However some path of the road is not well
maintained and it take about 50 minutes to travel just 6 km. Some stretches
are even dangerous to navigate during wet weather. We registered a height of 2,100 feet
above sea level near the subject property and the temperature during 12 noon
under the sun was 30 degrees, compared to 35 degrees in Kuala Lumpur during
the same time. |
