The
subject property is located about 1.3 km off Chenderiang new village, Tapah.
The access road is a sandy road through state land (partly). Shown here is
the entrance to the subject property. Here the oil palm small holding is at
the same level as the subject property.
This is the front portion of the land with
the right side of the photo facing the oil palm small holding. The subject
property is about 15 feet above the oil palm holding except at the
entrance as mentioned earlier. The whole rubber holding is on a very gentle
slope.
Standing on the subject property and facing the oil palm holding, i.e,
facing the front, one can get a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and
the flat land.
