Located about 2 km east of Teras New Village,
Pahang, the subject property is about 300 metres off the main road. It is
planted with mangosteen and graded durian like D24 or D2. The above photo
shows the entrance to the land. Electricity is available just next door and
government piped water is only 300 metres away.
There are some Kampong species of the durian
tree here. As can be seen here, the front portion
of the land is flat ( right ) while the back portion is higher. The flat
portion is only about 5% of the total land area.
There is a river about 10 feet wide running
alongside the land. The water is about 1 feet deep and appears to be clean.
There appears to be an acre of river reserve here. The land is next to a
forest reserve.
