Located 1 km behind Teras new village, the land
can be accessed by car through laterite road. Electricity is also available
near the vicinity about 500 metres away. This is the view of the durian
orchard (subject property) along the way in. The land is higher along the
access road and lowest at the bottom where it meets the river. Most of the
trees here are quite old and tall.
At the bottom, the land is flat where it is
near the river but on a slope for the rest of the orchard. At the far right
in the photo is where the river is. According to the owner, the river water
is from Fraser's Hill. The weather here is cooling compared to Bentong,
Pahang. However, the shape of the land is a bit irregular.
A closer look at the river water. It is indeed
very clear and cold to the touch. The river is about 18-20 feet wide.
