The view from the neighbour's lot. The land is located about 1.4 km from
Selesa Hillhomes. The access road is partly tar road and partly laterite
road. The land is quite flat except that the back portion slopes down
towards a ravine where there is a clean river. We are unable to access the
land as it is overgrown with bushes and therefore unable to view the river.
The
middle portion of the land is elevated about 15 feet above the rest of the
land.
This is the view from the back portion of the land. As the land slopes down
into the ravine it provides a panoramic view of the surrounding.
About 600 metres away is the
Selesa Golf Course. The access road to the subject property passes by the
golf course. At the back ground is Selesa HillHomes.
