This
is the view on reaching the land, which is also the end of the tar road. The
subject property is on the left side of the tar road. On the standard sheet,
the land before the subject property is a Malay burial ground.
On getting
nearer, the sea is clearly visible. The house in the photo belongs to a
Malay couple. The sea-side boundary of the land actually extends beyond this
house but on a lower ground.
Standing in front of the above house, one can clearly see that the subject
property is partly on a higher ground with the front (sea-side) portion the
same level as the house seen here.
On
reaching the beach-front of the subject property and looking to the right,
one can see the stilted wooden bridge connecting the beach to the sea.
Judging from the number of boats lying on the beach, there must be many
fisherman in this area.
