The subject property is in the middle of this photo. On the right is a
pond which takes up 1 acre of the subject property. The current access
belongs to a factory as shown in the far left of this photo. On the
extreme right of this photo are a few blocks of flats or apartment. There
is a possibility of an access (about 400 metres) through state land from
the back of the subject property. Alternatively there is a possibility of
access by acquiring the neighbour's land which is 2 acres and is selling
for RM 140,000 per acre but this 2-acre is agriculture status. The
subject property is only about 800 metres from the Tanjong Malim - KKB
trunk road.
