This is the
location map of Bukit Tinggi New Village. The village is actually on both
sides of the Karak Highway. Traveling time from Kuala Lumpur to this
location takes around 15-20 minutes. Most of the land here are vegetable
farm and durian orchard. There are a few very clean mountain streams running
in this area. The hilly nature of the surrounding hills, panoramic views,
clean air and crystal clear river water makes this area a much sought-after
retreat for many KL folks. There is also a golf course here.
A typical view of the farmland/orchard in
Bukit Tinggi New Village - Selesa Hillhomes area. This photo shows the
vegetable farm area where the land are mostly cleared. As the surrounding
hills are forest reserve, this area is still much cooler that most cities.
