On entering the subject property one can see
that the land is very flat. It is actually on a flat valley with a stream at
the back portion of the property. It is planted with guava ( both with and
without seeds ) and in between these trees are durian. There are about 80
D24 clones and 80 Raja Kunyit. All the trees are
about 3-4 years old.
This is the photo taken from the back portion
towards the front entrance. Here one can see the quarry in the distance
left. There is no visible dust here, taking into consideration of the dry
weather at the time of visit but the roads leading to this orchard is sandy
road and is quite dusty at times. This area is predominantly planted with
guava and durian.
