This is the main path on the subject property that leads to the wooden
house. The owner's worker has planted vegetable on the flat portion his
land. On the left of this path is the flat hill top and on the right is the
steep slope down to the river. Further in along this path is a gentle ridge
( as in previous photo ) with many durian trees .

is the tar road leading to the subject property and only landowners here can
drive their vehicle in. Its a popular jogging and cycling track.

dam. The subject property is thus not suitable for development. But at this
price, its perfect for private usage.
