Where is this land or Kukup

This is the view towards the
subject property (shown by yellow arrow) which is partly submerged. The 3
men are standing on the bund which cuts the subject property into 2 piece.
The property is separated from the sea by the bund and
a river. Seen here is a sand/rock bund which is higher than the river and
the subject property. At the far right is kukup island. Kukup is a traditional fishing village and is a
very busy place during weekends where people come to enjoy sea food, take a
trip to Kukup Island or to Indonesia. It is situated at the south-west tip
of Peninsula Malaysia. The sea water here is murky as this part of the land
was previously mangrove swamp.

A
closer look at the front part of the subject property. We were able to walk
on the land as part of it is covered with small red stones. Angler used to
fish on this "peninsula".
