This is
the view from the Lumut river towards the subject property. The Lumut river
is wide thus giving a feeling of a "seaview". There is tar road access to
the land except for the last 100 metres or so. However, there is no sandy
beach here as the surroundings are mangrove swamp. There is an existing
house two lots away. The owner has yet to survey the land but is quite sure
of the location.
