is located along the whole of the 1st kilometre.
Kukup jetty, which is built next to the Kukup
fishing village. Singaporean and locals alike visit this fishing village and
the nearby Kukup Golf Resort during weekends for sea food and golf. It is
also a transit point to Kukup Island, a tourist attraction and to Indonesia.
Another part of the beach (which is 3 km from
the subject property) during low tide, This part was previously
mangrove swamp. Therefore, taking into consideration the past development
surrounding this area, the subject property could turn out to be a valuable
land in the near future.
