The subject property is a
secondary forest but most of it has been logged for its timber. The site is
accessible from the kampongs through legal access (laterite). They is a
small water catchment reserve (20 acres) on the subject property. From
estimates, the land is 30% hilly and the balance undulating. The government's
valuation of the land in 1998 was RM2,000 per acre.
