This is the Tip of Borneo, or Simpang Mengayau
as the locals call it. This dramatic peninsula is
at the northern tip of Sabah; the Land Below the Wind. The beach is
relatively untouched, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. It is
about 180 km north of Kota Kinabalu and about half and hour's drive from
Kudat, a small idyllic town with fresh and inexpensive seafood. A good investment.
