about 1 km from the main road of Titi new village. This is the front portion
of the subject property. Behind the office and garage is a mature durian
orchard. To the right of the orchard (partly hidden) is the oil palm land.

This is the internal path separating the durian
orchard and the oil palm trees. In between the oil palm trees are planted
pineapple and banana trees.
This is the view taken from the back of the
subject property (on the same path as above) towards the front. The slope on
both sides of the land are very gentle.
The owner reared some goats in this part of the
orchard.
This is the back portion of the oil palm land.
The stream has been dam-up to make a pond where fishes are reared. This is
the steepest part of the land.
