VALUATION FEES (Excluding Disbursement)
For landed property only
0.25% on the 1st RM 100,000
0.20% on the residue up to RM 2 million
0.16% on the residue up to RM 7 million
0.125% on the residue up to RM 15 million
0.10% on the residue up to RM 50 million
0.01% on the residue over RM 50 million
Minimum fees
As above, the maximum discount allowed is 30% and the minimum fee is RM 300
per case according to the government gazette.
