The subject property is
located 3 km off the old Gombak-Bentong road. There is a river flowing
through the land. As the land is almost bordering the forest reserve,
the river water is very clean. The road leading to the land is laterite/gravel
but well maintain. However, some part is a bit soft so one has to use a
4-wheel-drive to get in. The land is planted with mature durian trees,
mangosteen, dokong etc. However, one side of the land across the river
is very steep. We did not climb up the hill to have a view of the
surrounding.
