Where is this place / Bukit Tinggi?

 

The subject property is located in Bukit Tinggi - Selesa hillhomes golf course neighbourhood. This location has an elevation of about 1,500 feet above sea level and is cooler compared to the Bukit Tinggi new village. It is only about 20 minutes' drive from KL's Gombak toll and this area will be one of the next growth area outside KL.
 

The subject property has one of the most magnificent view of the surrounding hills. The land has been landscaped with coconut trees, ponds, gazebo and can be developed with minimum earth-work. It is currently a private farm-resort. There is beautiful waterfall within hiking distance from the land.
 

There is a small hill ( right of the photo ) overlooking the whole 8 acres making it suitable to build some common facilities for the intended resort.  As the land here in Bukit Tinggi are mostly in 2-acres lot, it is not easy to find such a reasonably big size land here.
