subject property is an orchard planted with durian and mangosteen. It is
on a small hill but access is easy as it is fronting the main road.

The front portion has a relatively small flat area but the slope is
manageable. The orchard is on a ridge and overall the slope is not steep
except along the side where the small stream is ( to the right of the
photo ). This photo is taken half-way along the path to the top. Here,

This is the top of the
ridge. It is relatively flat and even though the mangosteen trees look
small, almost all are fruiting. The mangosteen at the bottom of the hill
are much taller.
