The subject property
is an orchard planted mostly with matured durians and mangosteen. The
land is located about 7 km south of Karak town. One has to cross a
wooden/steel bridge and then travel about 800 metres to reach the
subject property. Seen here is the middle portion of the land which is
like a small rounded hill.
The subject property is generally flat but much higher than the river
that borders the land on 2 sides. The river reserve ( the greener
portion as seen on the left here ) is estimated to be around 1-1.5 acres
so one gets to enjoy the extra land here. The river is hidden behind the
bushes and fruit trees.
