The subject
property is planted with 2-3 years oil palm trees. A few acres at the
entrance are planted with durian and banana trees. This is the view
of the subject property upon entering the land. The land before the
river is flat while the major portion after the river is relatively
steep.
This is the view from the
valley towards the front portion of the land. As mentioned above, the
land on the left ( before the river ) is quite flat while those on the
right is quite steep.
The back portion of the
hill is slightly more gentle and well terraced and the palm trees seems
