The subject property is an abandon orchard with some old rambutan, mangosteen
and old durian trees. This is the view of the subject property from
the neighbouring lot which is a rubber small holding. We were not able
to get onto the property due to the undergrowth.
This is the road leading to the orchard. It is about 1 km from
the Karak - Kuantan trunk road. Water and electricity is connected to
the neighbouring lot.
There is a stream on the land. The water seems to be clear. The
land is generally flat but overgrown with undergrowth.
