located within the locality of kampung Minyak. It is near to KIKEH oil palm
plantation. With the current winding road it takes about 2.5 hours from Kota
Kinabalu to reach the land by car. It is about half an hour from the
Tip of Borneo, which is a

road and the land is 500 metres off the main road. The subject property is
not far from the Sikuati river. Sikuati town is located about 4 km to the
north-east while the Sikuati Beach is about 2.5 km to the north. The land is

homestay programme in Kampung Minyak. This kampung was so name because oil
was discovered here and today you can still can visit the famous pools of
oil there. There is a mangrove forest to the north-west and a sandy beach (Terongkongan
