The subject property (background) is along the
trunk road from Weston to Sipitang. It is considered a main road and from
the observation, it will be tarred soon as part of the road already is.
Electricity is available along this trunk road. The terrain of the land is
flat to undulating. Where else can you find this kind of cheap land with
good access (about to be tarred or sealed )and where electricity is
available?
There are two streams, both running alongside

the subject property. This is not the peat soil normally found around
Weston.
