This logging land’s elevation is from 200 to 400 meters, perfect for durian. It is located right next to Cameron Highlands in Pahang, off the Second East-West Highway.

The subject property is for sale at RM4,500,000; taking over the company who leased the land for 33 years and has a permit to take out logs. Owner estimate there are about 10 tons of timber per acre on the land. After taking out the logs, the owner can plant rubber tree meant for timber (capped at 40%), Jelutong, Jati, and Damar or any other species that may be approved by forestry department. Similar land around here has been approved for durian planting too but those land are priced ar RM16,000 per acre so this is a much cheaper alternative.

Lease is for 33 years. Yearly rental is minimum:
1) First 5 years: RM 5/acre per year = RM2,500 per year
2) Next 10 years: RM 10/acre per year = RM5,000 per year
3) Next 18 years: RM 50/a per year = RM25,000 per year
