View of the subject property from the Karak Highway (from Bentong Toll). The land sits exactly on top of this hill. To access the land one has to get off at the Bentong toll and turn towards the old Bentong-Gombak trunk road for about 3 km (from the toll). The land has a frontage onto the Bentong - KL trunk road.

The legal access road is well maintained and leads right up to the top of the hill. However, due to the slightly steep gradient, one has to use a 4-wheel-drive vehicle.
