This concrete house is built at the back of the subject property. There is a oil palm plantation at the back as can be seen here. Most of the fruit trees like mango, durian, rambutan and coconut are mature. Electricity and water is available. Tapah town is 8 km south and Chenderiang town is 2 km north of this property. The famous Lata Kinjang waterfall which can be seen from the N-S Highway is 5 km away.
The entrance to the land. The internal access road is at the left-most boundary and the government tar road can be seen on the right of this photo. Between the internal access road and the tar road, one can see a slight depression. This is where the stream is and is perfect for building a pond. The stream does not cut through the internal access road but turns out of the land across the tar road.

A closer look at the stream. Notice the valley between the tar road and the middle-back portion of the property. The trunk road between Tapah and Chenderiang is very well maintained. In fact there is another new, wider road by-passing this road therefore making this road quieter.
