This is the 6th mile of the Tapah - Cameron road (Jalan Pahang) on the way to Cameron Highland. The subject property is on the right of this road immediately after the orang asli settlement (shown here with the wooden houses). The subject property is an old orchard. The owner has not maintained the orchard and it is now overgrown with bushes. One can see that the land on the right of this trunk road is on a lower ground. However, the subject property's back portion is on a small hill and there is a small stream just before the small hill. Electricity and water is easily available.

This view is taken from the opposite side of the traffic, that is from Cameron towards Tapah. The wooden hut is on the subject property's immediate neighbour. At the far end of this road one can see the roof of the orang asli settlement. An estate agent is seen erecting a "for sale" signboard in front of the subject property. As the land is overgrown with bushes, it has not been possible to enter the land to have a closer look at the fruit trees but some old durian trees are clearly visible here. There are many Malay houses along this stretch of the road.
